To pay your rent online log into your tenant portal at apartments.com. From there you can access the payment options to make your rent payment securely.
If you have a maintenance issue in your rental property please log into your tenant portal at apartments.com and submit a maintenance request. Please provide us with detailed information about the problem and if possible upload photos. Our maintenance team will address it promptly. If you have an emergency maintenance request call (239) 837-8227 and select the emergency maintenance extension.
Examples of maintenance emergencies include significant water leaks, electrical issues, or situations that pose an immediate threat to your safety or the property.

Prestige Property Management follows all legal procedures when it comes to evictions, and works with tenants to resolve issues before resorting to eviction. Please communicate with your property manager if you plan to be late on rent. After your grace period for late rent a 3 day notice will be given to you. After three days we will proceed with the eviction process.
Our renewal process begins 90 days prior to the expiration of your lease. You will begin receiving communications from us regarding your renewal and proposed terms at that time. For additional questions regarding the renewal process please email prestigepropmgmtfl@gmail.com
Make sure to submit your notice of non-renewal in the amount of days before the end of your lease. Your lease will state the amount of days required in advance to give your notice. Typically 60 day notice of non renewal is required for annual leases. You can submit a notice of non renewal HERE.

We strive to ensure a transparent and efficient process for handling security deposit refunds. Make sure to provide your forwarding address with your move out notice. Here's what you can expect:
After you have successfully moved out of the property and returned all keys we will conduct a thorough inspection to assess any damages or outstanding charges. This inspection typically takes place within a few days of your move-out date. The timeframe may vary depending on the specific circumstances and the volume of move-outs at that time.
Once the inspection is complete, we will promptly process your security deposit refund. In most cases you can expect to receive your refund within 14 to 30 days per FL Statutes. This timeframe allows us to carefully review and address any necessary deductions as well as complete the necessary administrative tasks involved in processing your refund.
We prioritize accuracy and fairness in the assessment of damages and deductions from security deposits. Our goal is to ensure that any deductions are reasonable and in accordance with the terms of your lease agreement. If there are any disputes or discrepancies regarding the refund amount we encourage residents to utilize the dispute process and provide supporting evidence to facilitate a fair resolution.
Please keep in mind that factors such as the condition of the property upon move-out, any outstanding rent or fees, and the timely return of keys can impact the processing time for your security deposit refund. Rest assured that we are committed to handling the refund process as efficiently as possible while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
