Prestige Property Management  provides property management services for annual and seasonal rentals in many areas throughout Florida including Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Sarasota,  Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and all of Southwest Florida.

We send out owner distributions on the 15th of each month.  This gives time for tenant payments to clear and for late tenant payments.  Once you have submitted our ACH Direct Deposit form we will set up your payments to be directly deposited into your account.  

Prestige Property Management  has a network of trusted contractors and vendors to handle maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently.  Owners can also submit the contact info for preferred vendors they use, though many times due to the relationships we have built we are able to get better pricing from our vendors.  

Your Property Management Agreement will have a maintenance limit that fits your property.  Any estimates for repairs below that price we automatically handle.  If a maintenance or repair estimate from a vendor comes in above the maintenance limit we will contact you for owner approval.  

We require $500 per unit in maintenance reserves to cover any costs for vendors and maintenance requests after rent distributions are sent to owners and new rent collections come in at the first of the next month.    This amount may be adjusted for owners that have multifamily properties.  

We email owner statements when owner distributions are sent on the 15th and on the last day of every month.
